Bob, does your M have live hydraulics? You could hook up a hydraulic cylinder to where the rod with the pulley on it connects to the large U link to the left of the drive pulley.
On the C-21 model when mounted on the SC tractor there was a rod than ran back from the hydra-touch rock shaft that connected to another rock shaft mounted behind the seat and an arm from this rock shaft was connected via a chain to where that large U link is connected. This rear rock shaft was also used to lift rear cultivator and 2 furrow plow.
