Don't know for sure on the 806/856 but I think you just need the correct adapter plate on the rear. As for the 301 into the 560 I have done 5 of them and after each one I said I would never do it again. It's a 75% tear down of both engines & moving the 560 parts to the 301. A lot of work but little money & you end up with about 75 hp at the 560 rpm. And a big pile of left over parts.
