In the Touch Control block. I don't think it's adjustable from the outside. Maybe the only way to "up" the pressure is to shim the relief valve. Also any leakage in the system can do the same thing... never really gets to the relief valve setting. there is a plate that covers most of one end of the block and it's behind that cover. I'm not sure what the system pressure is supposed to be, probably somewhere in the 1200-1500 psi range, but not sure. If you can find a place to plumb in a gauge between the pump and where it goes into the Fast Hitch block and the "deadhead" the pressure by stroking the F-H cylinder to the end of the stroke, that will tell you what it is. Just compare the two tractors... the higher is probably close to right.
