Hi Jim, Has it been cold enough for water to freeze to ice in your area? Another thought is water has frozen someplace in the engine or hydraulic pump(s) that is preventing engine from turning. Another test would to put transmission in 4th Hi and rock the rear wheels backwards and see if the engine will turn backwards. If engine is hydro locked, turning it backwards may blow water out intake or exhaust valves.
