Open the water trap vent and the rear filter vent with tank valve open. When fuel comes out without air close and start tractor on gas. Vent front filter when clear close vent and if more venting is needed at the injectors, open throttle some while running on gas. Hytran or 10 weight engine oil in PTO. Probably better use hytran or equal in PTO because if the PTO input seal leaks any transmission oil and PTO oil will mix.
