I would not pay $750 unless it was exactly what I needed and in great condition. Your problem here is that you are focused on an IH fast hitch mower and are getting jacked up on the price because you are not considering the alternatives. You can put a FH draw bar on that tractor and open up your alternatives considerably. One of the 100 series IH mowers in semi mount or trailer style will get you by then. With the draw bar attached you can also consider a lot of MUCH cheaper mowers from JD, New Idea, etc. Use them in the interim and then wait for the right mower at the right price.
