The block was out of the tractor. Everything was tight. Replaced sleeves and Pistons. Crankshaft was redone and bearings were rebabbited and sized to fit with spacers. At this point I could easily turn the engine over. Flywheel was installed and then dropped the block back on the frame. I could still turn the engine easily. I had some difficulty getting the starter mounted. It was a very tight fit. After reading some of the other posts, I think I will loosen or remove the starter to see if I can turn the engine over. Thanks for the info.
