Witnessed a big argument between my uncle and my great uncle about whether his 826 has a German diesel. Of course, my great uncle won, it was his tractor. The 826 is the only tractor we have in the shop bigger than an M or G JD. It gets all the pull starting and ladder work. Great sounding tractor for a diesel, straight chrome stack. She really roars when you open up the throttle on the road.
