Nice useful tractor but one of the main problems is replacement parts. Not a large number were produced and anything unique to the Farmall and International 240's is very hard to find and probably costly due to the scarcity. Other then that they are a handy barn lot or chore tractor except they are missing the desirable features of their time noted by Jim Becker in his response. They do have an engine driven hydraulic pump so you have full time hydraulics - power steering was available on them and is a very desirable feature especially for front blade or loader use, Hal.
