Nope. I thought the same that's why I posted his ad in his thread. I was talking to another member on here at work today and he feels the same way. I don't think it is a bad craigslist ad if he tells the people that call on it what is going on. I understand not wanting to lose money but I don't like the idea of selling someone your problem without telling them about it.
