To me it looks like they used the right hand extension housing from another 140 on the left side, but could be from a B or BN, I'm not sure. Can't tell if it has the longer high clearance axles or not. Front steering from a B or BN. Front end from a Super C or 200 that had the spindals lengthened.

The closest that came to being factory was just maybe and I mean a big maybe a dealer did the modification for a customer to do specific work.
