Those are the later style fenders that started with the 40/60 series of tractors and were also on the early 04/06 tractors.
Both Utilities and Farmalls had the same fender, all the way from the 240 through the 806. The only differences are the base mount, and the 04/06 fenders have handles on them.
They are a bit bigger and provide better coverage than the M style fenders. My Super H came with them, and I drove 12 hours round trip to get a matching set for my Super M. Suffice it to say I like that style.
