These guys have it. A C or a Super C. Can't tell from the angle of the picture, but the hood looks more "proportional" so my guess is it is a Super.
There should be a hydraulic unit mounted underneath the gas tank with two sets of arms for lifting mounted implements.
It would be truly odd for it to not have one from the factory, though not unheard of I guess. Many have been removed to lighten the tractor for pulling, but a pulling tractor would generally not have a wide front because it adds weight.
