It has the generator/regulator charging system. I believe that makes it at least a '49. The lack of a hydraulic system is quite unusual, enough so that I assume it was removed. That is a red flag that the tractor may be mongrelized in some other ways. For example, it may have an engine from a Farmall A, which has no place to mount the hydraulic pump.
