Well,since you asked. If it was mine, I would stop the rust, get rid of it, brushes and grinders, and hit those areas with red primer. Hate rust, and it spreads. then i'd stop, and not re-paint. Good old paint looks great. Then I'd always Keep it indoors, away from sun and rain etc.
