If the charger shut off at that point, that is one thing, but if the indicator will not show any further percent while it is still pushing in a amp or two that is another thing altogether. You cannot hurt the battery by leaving that small charge on indefinitely as that is really no different than running the tractor with a normal charging system. I would let it on for another day or two and see if you can pick up some more per cent. Look in each cell to see if they are bubbling a little as they should for a few hours to reach full charge. Hydrometer will tell you a lot also as will a voltmeter. That indicator on the charger is a volt meter but not a real good one.
