I have seen lower rad hose heaters on some old tractors. you should be able to install a circulating block htr. also. I have seen them installed in the heat guage port and then to the block drain on the left side. basically you need to pull the cold coolant from bottom of block then push it to the top somewhere on the head. and also a circulating htr. works quite well and quickly. in an hr you will notice big difference.
