The center link will stay pointed up, out of the way of the PTO. or hitch when a draw-bar pull implement was hooked up! #2..An Outlet for Coolant off the Head, Previous owners may have had a Block Heater there, Best Guess! If it annoys you put a plug in the head! #3..Probably was an platform for Hydrolic controls or Sprayer controls,... Modifications like this have been done since the first tractors came off the line! cut it off But You might need it dome time just think it through! #4.. sound like a Farmer Modifications of some kind!
