I couldn't answer those questions for certain without looking them up in the parts books, which you can do on the CaseIH web site.
Will they bolt up? almost certain yes.
Are they the same? I doubt it. The gear ratios are probably different. A 240 PTO will probably turn slow on a 200. Shift lever probably a different shape.
The question you didn't ask, the PTO shaft is probably the same in both PTO units.
