What you really need to do is contact Binder Books and get the Operator's Manual for your tractor. Every question you asked is in the manual. But to answer your questions: The plug on top is for filling but NOT to check it. There is a level plug on the left front, next to the brake rod. Drain plug is on the botton, lowest point. It takes about 5 quarts of 90W or 80W90. The PTO and pulley are lubed from the same oil. The final drives are separate and the level/fill plugs are on the inside. But leave them a little low so the gaskets don't weep. They are drained by removing the pans. The hydraulics are separate, use HyTran fluid and the fill/level plug is on the left side of the Touch Control block. Check with the hydraulics arms to the rear.
