The real beauty of the belly pumps is that the pump really doesn't care what is in it. Many, many folks began using Hy-Tran in the Hs and Ms when they bought newer tractors, and wanted to keep just one container of hydraulic oil on hand. I'd guess there are both Hs, and Ms, that have lived more years with hy-tran in the pump, than they did with non-detergent 30 weight.
