FBH44's method is the basic method to connect it to the belly pump for one way operation with a single-cylinder hitch.
You have a 2-cylinder hitch, and a hydraulic nightmare on the tractor. Someone sure made things complicated.
There are THREE hydraulic systems on that tractor:
1. Belly pump, which looks to be unused.
2. Distributor drive live pump. Not sure where that goes.
3. PTO pump, for the loader?
We don't know how anything is connected or if anything is interconnected.
Is that 3rd hydraulic remote on the loader unused? It appears to be plugged on top. You could connect the 3pt to that remote and operate it with two-way, pressure up, pressure down. Simply connect the two cylinders in tandem using hoses and tees, and connect them to the unused remote.
