You don't need a kit. Just four glow plugs, some wire, relay, and a little skill. The "kits" are made for cars like Mercedes 190Ds and come with controllers. With the new 12 volt fast-heat, regulated (self-limiting) plugs - you don't need a controller when installed in your tractor.
I've converted several. My preference (but not the only way to do it) is to wire in a relay, energized by a push-button. 100-150 amp relay will cost you $10-$15. Something like Ford used for energizing starter motors is fine. Run a short heavy wire from battery-positive to the relay big terminal (one of two). Then the other big terminal has four 10 - 12 gauge wires attached to it. One to each glow-plug. I make a bushing with a washer that goes into the old glow-plug indicator hole in the dash and stick in a 12 volt indicator light.
