I'm still struggling to figure out the cam shaft in my distributor. I had posted the other day about it and the general concensus is that it is either bent or that the bushing is bad. Third possibility is that two lobes are slightly worn. Bushing seems tight. I'm down to bent or worn. I'll pose a couple questions for you all's consideration please. I saw a whole distributor on ebay for $170. is this a good price? Second, I saw a fellow put electronic ignition in, in place of points. Would this work on a 6 volt system? thought? thanks in advance.
