From your description, the most likely suspect is an F20. There are about a ba-jillion of them out there. I seem to recall sleeves/pistons being a bit of a challenge to find, most of the rest of it should be available. Other possibilities are a Regular (look for open gear-and-sector steering just above and in front of the top radiator tank) or, less likely, an F30.
