Yes you can get all of the parts from Case/IH. The felt seal will have to come from there. The gasket can be replaced with grey RTV. The oil seal will cost you at least twice as much from Case/IH compared to other sources. All Case/IH does is re-box other manufacturers seals. I would start by looking on this website for the seals. If they don't carry them then I would go to the Case/IH web site and look up the Case/IH part numbers. Do a cross reference to National or SKF and buy it from an auto parts store or an industrial supply near you. I bought seals for my first H from Case/IH and I think I paid like $26 for one axle seal, I screwed one up and called my local auto parts store and found the same seal for like $16.
