Pull off a plug wire and hold it away about 1/4" from the sparkplug while a helper makes an attempt to start the engine. Disconnect the grounding wire at the mag for the time being. If there's no fire rub the points with some 320 wet or dry until shiny. If there's no fire I would check your magnets for magnetism. Use a flat blade screwdriver to touch the magnets. Hal PS: Even if it the mag is out of time you should still have fire to your plugs. Your plug wires need to be in this firing order on the mag's cap.
