my 2 cents part 2 - my machine had a big cement block mounted on the rear end. I got the mount and loaded it with old F&H weights, and railroad rails to about 1200 lbs and it was manageable. I have since come into a fork lift frame which I have mounted and with forks, I can load and un-load weight as needed to drive, or just a handy way to move stuff around. I suggest you use the backhoe frame to build that; or see if you can find a bobcat fork rig that can be adapted to your back how mount.
I have a 350U with front loader and full on back hoe. It drives nicely as there is a lot of rear end weight.
