The 86 series tractors use two 12 volt batteries in parallel rather than a pair of six volt batteries connected in series. Batteries in parallel are much better at cooping with mismatched capacities than a series type system. It is better to keep them matched but you may get good service from the pair you have. Differences in charging rates may cause some problems but as others have posted, as long as the one is a marine starting battery and not a deep cycle trolling motor battery you should be able to use them.
