As noted by mkirsch the wiring is very simple and basically the same on all the letter series gasoline Farmall models. The key in having a useable 6 volt system is everything, battery, generator, voltage regulator and battery cables in good condition. For the battery cables use 00 cable with soldered terminals and all connections must be bright and clean. I use a battery maintainer on my 6 volt tractors when not being used for extended periods and the batteries seem to maintain a very useable life, Hal.
