Got the Super C running yesterday after a complete overhaul. So happy to here her run again, first time since July 3. Last week i was trying to get it started and there was no gas reaching the cylinders. So after cleaning the carb a few times i got a carb overhaul kit, hardware/float set. Zenith carb. It runs smooth at all rpms, but over half throttle it will die after about ten seconds. Again it runs smooth until it hiccups and instantly dies. I am thinking that the timing is correct and that the gas is cutting out. The IT manual doesnt show anything on carbs, was really dissappointed in it. Is the small screw coming out the front at an angle the idle air speed screw, and the screw coming out the bottom front the rich/lean adjustment? This is an elementary question, i just cant get it to run right. Is there anything else that could be causing this? I have about an hour or so logged on it already driving on the driveway at low and midrange rpms.
