That's a SMTA serial number and the S indicates it came with a t/a and equipped for a independent PTO. Original ones only used a rod or rods for hydraulic control. Search the internet for Farmall Super MTA pictures and you can probably find pictures of the T/A operating handle and linkage and also hydraulic.
