Steering cups is a bit of an unknown. If you refer to the adjustable ball joint, or tie rod end, then they can be serviced. Usually the ball is out of round and it might be possible to grind it spherical with care (usually not). The disks can be replaced if they are missing. 318309 and lower Serial numbers have adjustable rod ends on both. If above that # the rod ends are not adjustable. The non adjustable ends appear to be available. You will need to have the others repaired, or components made. Jim
