It's just a bolt-in job. Whatever's on the 766 that don't fit, you take off the 1066.
There's a good market for that D360 too, with all the "conversion" parts. You should have no problem selling it as a conversion kit for a 706, 756, or 766 gas.
I have some concerns about the transmission and rear wheels holding up if you start trying to use that 766 like a 1066 after the engine transplant though.
A 766 is an 80HP tractor. The problem is people put 18.4x38's on them, try to use them like 1066's, and expect them to perform like 120HP tractors. Then they complain that they're "underpowered."
