If you mean a 420-422 series, they are a lot easier to work on, and the engines are easy to obtain, basically a 560 engine with a different front cover; but overall, parts are going to be hard to find. I haven't seen a 400 series cotton picker in these parts in 10 or more years. They used to be as plentiful as old M's and H's, but nowadays, they are very rare. Trouble is, they aren't fun to tinker with the way an old tractor is, and so a lot of them have long since been hauled away by the scrap metal man. But if you can find a couple of them, I'm sure you could make at least one that would run and work. I've even got a few old parts for them: shims for the picker bars and doffers, stuff like that.
