The early C had a 113cid motor, which was later changed to a 123cid. I believe both engines had the option of dome pistons for high altitude use. Most people rebuilding them opt for the 123 sleeves and dome pistons for a little more spunk. Rods, bearings and all are the same. Sleeves depend on the age of the block - the top flange and diameter of the sleeve changed during the production run. Best bet is to pull a sleeve and measure what you have, then match it except for the bore (3 1/8 for the 123, vs 3" for the 113).
