I have an I-4 I-m restoring.Basically the same tractor.The 4s are the standard tread version of the H Farmall.Many parts are the same especially engine parts.Your 4 seems to be a duel fuel tractor.You should have a suffix number and the end of your serial number,Y3 or perhaps Y17.I can tell you that sheet metal for the 4s is not easy to find!Let me know if I can help you with any other questions you may have.
