I'd keep it if it ran. If possible you should fire it up.(warning if you get it running and drive it around you probably won't sell it) Get it working, it'll be worth a fair bit if it's in the shape you say. In western Penn., they sell for around $2500 - $3000 for a runner. Don't part it out, or scrap it, someone will buy it... For the price you'll ask

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
