The F series were built before there were torque specs, and very few, if anyone, had a torque wrenches including the dealers. Thats why there are no spec in any of the manuals. Snug em up tight and stop. IH made their own bolts and studs back then and originals are not quite up to grade 5 but they are better than grade 2. So if you really think you need a value it could be gotten from a standard chart, but you still have to guess by going lower than a 5 and higher than a 2
