Might be a good idea to try and start it. If you can say you've had it running in the last couple weeks, it will sound a heck of a lot more enticing than to say it last ran in the early/mid 90's. It will also give you a better idea of its overall condition. This is assuming, of course, that you have access to it and that it isn't halfway across the country from where you live. Another thing to consider is that since this is your father's C, you might want it at some time, that is, you might want to buy it yourself.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
