Ok, I finally got this thing apart and I can"t, for the life of me, find any pistons or sleeves for it. The ones that came out of it, are trashed.
Talked to a local NAPA store, they talked like they could get me a gasket set made for it, that seemed kind of promising.
Went to a local IH dealer, off chance they might have parts lying around, and they referred me to a machine shop I had done some work with before. Don"t know why I didn"t think of that to start with, guess I like to make it harder on myself..
The fellow said he might know of some folks that had or have some of these tractors and get back with me. That was several weeks ago.
So I now ask this question. Do I scrap the project that I have about $300 and a lot of time in. Or do I try and find someone to make the pistons and sleeves. I have no attachment to this thing other than I always thought it would be cool to have one.
