The gas dripping tells me youve flooded it out.I do that sometimes with my 4.What I do is cut off the gas and drain the bowl.Let it sit for a couple of cups of coffee(or a couple of cold ones)and turn the gas back on and try it again.Give it full throttle when you try to start it and no choke.
