The overriding clutch I'm familiar with has two grease fittings 180* apart. Yours may have pipe plug(s) or short bolts. Remove them both, and roll the shaft in the free spin direction - you have to look through one hole, or use a pin punch to 'feel', but there should be a 5/16 roll pin that goes through the inner socket of the clutch and the original PTO shaft. Drift it through with a proper size pin punch and the clutch assembly should slide right off.
