How much is a Regular worth?

Got a hankerin to restore an old Regular. Currently I own 3 farmall Cubs. After tractor hunting my brother and I struck gold. one regular and one F-20 sitting in a field. The regular is all complete down to the magneto and plug wires. It would be an easier restoration. It sits on rubber tires but they are shot. Hasnt run in years. The F-20 is rough. Head missing as well as many other parts.
Talked to the owner, said he would part with both of them for $500. This sounds like a good deal to me. Is it? Will any of the F-20 parts work on the Regular? I know the engine is different but what about the frame, Wheels, draw bar, hood, ect.... Thanks for your help.
