Hi, we had B-414D, 434D and 384D all the same basic tractor as 444. I spent many hours in the seat of the these tractors. If your 444 is USA assembled it will have a Delco electric system vs a Lucas and the front axle and power steering could be different. Very reliable and rugged tractor in the 35 to 40HP class. Weak points are brakes and glow plug system. Brakes can be fixed by cleaning and roughing up glazing on disks.
