Do not know those diesels. On my Super A (wet sleeves), which was leaking coolant into the crankcase, I could not find the leak by simply filling the water jacket with water (head was off). I fabbed a 1/4 inch thick rubber gasket to replace the head gasket for pressure/leakage testing. (Made holes for the studs and one water passage only and used the old head gasket for a pattern.) With this rubber gasket, I put the head on. Fabbed an adapter to the engine head water inlet to receive my garden hose coupler and blocked the water outlet of the engine block. Filled it with water and let the air escape. Then attached the garden hose and let it sit. Only then I found the leaking sleeve O-ring. HTH, Hendrik
