Anytime the running of any vehicle seems to change overnight I suspect a possible ignition problem such as a cracked distributor cap, water in the distributor cap, etc. Gas problems usually don't cause missing sounds as pronouced as ignition. Carburation problems usually come on gradualy with time, and it appears you were running that H enough to keep new gas through the cab. Might want to check it out.
