The Hebard shop mules have an adapter plate between the final drive and the transmission housing. The holes are not evenly spaced so you can't just rotate the housings. I suppose one could drill and tap new holes in the transmission housing or just drill new mounting holes in the final drives. Doing that might weaken things as I'm guessing there are thicker areas where the holes are located. It's been awhile since I had the finals off my shop mule.
