It appears as though that is the Behlen where the lower shaft is splined and fits into the lower gear. Since I have been in the same situation, I would consider using the CR 17310 as I believe it has a .003 larger OD than the 17300. My first seal started to spin slightly in the case or the larger OD fixed that. This may or may not be contributing in your situation.
Second, very generously use RTV Black on the "transmission joint washer" or the piece of stock that the retaining bolt presses on to hold the yoke in. Additionally, I also put a slight amount of RTV on the last half inch of the splines in the yoke as a last resort. Warning: it can make it difficult to remove the yoke if you RTV the splines! This held for a few hundred miles as I used to do a lot of tractor rides with my F-20. Good luck!
