Well not sure tire was flat as flat as it could go so most of the fluid is out , yes the bolts except one are rusted fast to the rim . I tried to use a long punch but they are tight. Also would like to reuse old bolts if possible but if not it out to Hoobers for new bolts or maybe I could use grade 8 bolts and have a head on them these are square headed bolts.
